This package is for dedicated throwers, who practice multiple times throughout the week. This package contains 16 video reviews, which can be used as needed. All the athlete would need to do, is upload their video into The Grove TC portal in the Onform app, and Coach Freeman will be notified. Athletes should expect their videos to be reviewed and sent back to them within 12-24 hours of uploading.
